Job Description

  • HULISOLUTIONS Consult is looking for experienced, energetic and committed Professionals for Finance and Admin Manager Position for ZE MARK import and Export.

  • HULISOLUTIONS is established to offer clients the tools, advice, information and support in the areas of Finance and Accounting, Tax and Business Planning, Payroll Services, IFRS/IPSAS Conversion, Recruitment of Finance and Accounting Professionals, Internal audit and fraud management and others.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Finance

  • Keep financial records and perform financial procedures (e.g., receipts, payments requests, and petty cash).

  • Ensure expenses are authorized and processed in accordance with agreed procedures and according to the Finance Manual.

  • Maintain the accounting reporting process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all ledgers and all supporting documentations and compliance with finance and procurement regulations.

  • Maintain accounting records, ensuring they are complete, accurate, well archived and safeguarded.

  • Ensure agreed reporting dates are maintained according to the company's policies.

  • Provide the managing director regular and need based reports, ensuring accuracy and
    good quality.

  • Keep appropriate documentation, copy of returns and tax payment receipts for all applicable taxes.

  • Prepare and process tax refund request, if any.

  • Follow up any tax issues with the tax authority and keep the management update.

    Office Administration and HR

  • Maintain effective office administration process (e.g., IT support, office maintenance, fixed assets, supplier contact), ensuring these are consistent with the company’s requirements.

  • Support the efficient running of the office daily operations.

  • Other administration duties as needed by the Managing Director.

  • Maintain all the records related to personnel

  • Ensure all the applicable articles on the labor law is adhered

    Job Requirements

    Qualification and Experience

  • BA degree in accounting & Finance with 7 years of demonstrated experience out of which 3 years in a supervisory position.

  • Experience in the Import and Export sector; analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skill; and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and in Peachtree Accounting required.
