Job Purpose

Duties and responsibilities at the level will entail: -

Cleaning offices, machines/equipment;

Collecting and disposing waste; dusting offices and

Ensuring habitable office conditions; preparing tea; assisting in opening, moving or carrying office equipment, furniture and ensuring orderly arrangement; and dispatching letters.

Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade D plain or its equivalent qualification; and

Certificate of good conduct.
