Our Client a leading cosmetics firm in Juja is currently is seeking to recruit a Beauty Consultant for their shop. The Ideal Candidate should be with a friendly personality, presentable, polite and energetic. .

Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining and increasing sales of beauty products.

Keep high standards of cleanliness within the shop

Gain excellent in-depth understanding of the beauty products and client tastes

Profile prospective accounts and convert leads into customers and meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Inform guests of current promotions, events, and services within the shop

Ensure the products are arranged or displayed in accordance to the quality procedure

Product demonstration and promoting the sales of cosmetics.

Handling customer calls within the set standards.

Implement and support new promotions and product launches including cold-calling activities

Responsible for presenting an image at all times that reflects the knowledge of cosmetic lines sold by the enterprise.

Do makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to the clients

Job Qualifications:

Sales and marketing

qualifications and experience or a naturally excellent person in sales

Experience in cosmetics sales or beauty consultancy is a definite advantage

A genuine interest in beauty products

Make up Artistry experience in a retail environment will be an added advantage.

Necessary training will be offered to equip the girl with the necessary industry skills.

Honest person with unquestionable high level of integrity

Excellent communicator and presentable

Mature lady of ages between 25 to 30 years with a pleasant appearance.
