Huawei Technologies Technical Director Jobs in Kenya

Responsibilities

Delivering CEM SmartCare project, Improve the quality of network and Customer Experience Management.

Providing appropriate solution, auditing low level solution and proposals and making the procedure for each key activities through planning and control the budget.

Directing installation of software and hardware, integration and upgrading of network.

Planning for new 3G&4G sites. Ensuring all required radio integration parameters are provided for to be run on the RNC, BSC and MSC.

Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing of all 3G&4G radio network key performance indicators in Huawei radio environment.

Coordinating and managing of 3G & 4G Projects to ensure objectives are achieved within the specified timelines.

Implementing and enhancing the network performance from level of NPM (Network Performance Management）to SQM (Service Quality Management), finally to CEA (Customer Experience Assurance),

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or above, in Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication /Computer Science or relevant major from a recognized University.

At least 10 years’ experience in telecom industry;

Comprehensive understanding of at least five of the common industry propagation tools (Planet, Atoll, Asset, UNet, etc.)

Should know how to use Network analysis tool; Omstar, Nastar; signal Analysis FMA, Drive test and analysis PA; Network evaluation,

Optimization, Planning tools Genex Could; Solution tools WinSpace; customer experience management CEM.

Understanding of system topology and air interface parameters of the main technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, VoLTE) and equipment technical KPIs of BSC6910 GSM, BSC6910 UMTS, BTS3900 LTE

Good understanding of Huawei Integrated Service Delivery Platform ISDP, technical review system ITMO, Icare and main equipment vendors of Huawei, Nokia ,Ericsson and ZTE.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability.

Must be able to write and communicate well in Chinese
