Job Brief

We are looking for an effective warehouse manager who will oversee administration, security, maintenance, sanitation, and safety functions.

He/she will also train, evaluate and reward staff.

You will ensure the maintenance of company assets

Duties and Responsibilities

Build and develop the warehouse operations team.
Onboard clients, warehouses and manage the warehouse team.

Formulate warehousing policy, create systems with a regular report and daily trend tracking of warehouse data

Liaise and negotiate with clients, warehouse owners and transport companies.

Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the warehouse and logistics teams.

Recommending strategic plans and reviews in order to achieve warehouse operational objectives.

Amazing negotiation and communication skills.

Have a data-driven analytical mindset (great Excel skills are a must)

Analyze metrics and implement ideas to improve operational and financial metrics.

We are a data-driven startup, so a good knowledge of the tech startup ecosystem is needed - management and analytic.

Qualifications and Experience

BSc in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain

10 years Proven working experience working in logistics, E-commerce (warehouse,

Haulage and planning)

Strong Data and Technology Skills

Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices

Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives

Record of successful distribution and logistics management

Strong knowledge

of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff

Proficient in standard logistics software Professional Certification required.

Excellent analytic solving and problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Understanding of the logistics technology process
