A highly driven and organised individual to join our clients team as a Creditors clerk

Who are you?

You are deadline driven

You work well under pressure

You are independent, with no issues working in a team as well

You have good communication skills

You have excellent telephone & email etiquette

You are admin oriented

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

To provide an efficient and effective service to the creditors administration function.

Daily Capturing of creditor bills

Daily bank reconciliations

Weekly creditor’s reports

Creditor’s reconciliations

Loading of payments in the bank

Maintaining supplier information

Assisting with account queries

Working hand in hand with the procurement team

Credit applications

Assisting with any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Matric

Tertiary Qualification - Diploma/Certificate in finance or any other relevant qualifications

Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel

Computer literacy is essential

Previous experience having worked on an accounting system

Xero experience – advantageous
