Job Description / ResponsibilitiesMaintain physical and digital personnel records
Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
Preparation of monthly payroll and schedules for other statutory remittances.
Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
Attending to daily staff welfare issues and other issues with work tools.
Obtaining quotes from suppliers/vendors and procuring new company assets where necessary.
Ensure servicing of office machines and equipment.
Update internal databases with new hire information
Update and communicate company policies
Prepare payroll and compensation
Recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department
Develop training and onboarding materials.
Requirements
Minimum academic qualification of B.Sc in Human Resources or any relevant field of study
3 - 4 years post-NYSC working experience
Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
Strong communication skills
Be versatile in the use of MS word and excel applications.
Interpersonal and people management skills
Strong numeracy skills
Proven experience in Admin, HR, or
similar role
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in English
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Strong negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
Knowledge in Excel and Ms Word.
