How to Get Scholarships

I completed my high school and attained the following - Biology (C), Chemistry (C) and Geography (D). Due to my level of education and pass, can I get a scholarship? I need to know and how I can apply as well.

Generally most scholarships are given on academic merit but not all. You can get an undergraduate scholarship if you are a promising student despite your previous score. Keep searching and do not give up though you have to be really determined and dedicate much of your time!
