How to Get a Scholarship

I am a third year sudent of Psychology at Makerere University Uganda and I would like to take up my Phd in Clinical Psychology from the fall of 2009.

How can l succeed with making my application for get a schalarship given the fact that our country does not provide that course up to PhD level?
