How to Get a Scholarship

I am a 38 year old man with a Diploma in Accountancy. My current position is Finance Officer. My interest is to pursue my career further by first enrolling for an Accountancy degree and possibly with a chance for a Masters degree but funds is a problem. My question is 'How do I get full funding to fulfill my ambition?'
