How to apply for a Scholarship

I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Applied Biology in 2007 I am looking for a job but am not lucky so I want to improve my skill by continuing my education (Msc in Applied Biology) and if it is possible I want to learn computer science I have a great interest on this field.
