A leading hotel group wishes to recruit competent and qualified candidates to fill the position of Sales Executives.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing option or equivalent

    Experience Level:

  • Mid-level

    Experience Length:

  • 2 years

    Job Description

    The job holder will be responsible for delivering the agreed sales targets for the Lodge.

    Duties & Responsibilities

  • Executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase the products market share.
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential
  • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
  • Meeting and showing prospective clients around the facilities
  • Advocating a positive client experience: demonstrating proactive problem solving, investigating complaints and acting on feedback.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Track customer satisfaction and develop a retention plan
  • Carry our market surveys and market recommendation to improve service delivery.
  • Create and maintain visibility for the brand.

    Required skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years working experience for hotels in similar position
  • Should be hands-on, self-motivated and a team player.
  • Should possess
    excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be a self-starter and be able to meet short deadlines as well as to handle pressure.
  • Must be outgoing, creative and innovative. Customer focused and team player
  • Proof of previous sales success.
