Hospitality Industry Finance Manager Jobs in Nairobi


A Christian-based hospitality industry organization in Nairobi is looking for qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions.

Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager is responsible for:

  • Development and implementation of sound financial and administrative policies and procedures covering budgets, forecasts, and reporting
  • Facilitate budget preparation and implementation process
  • Design and implement an integrated internal control framework to ensure efficient management of resources
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations
  • Represent the Resort in interacting with key financial stakeholders
  • Producing financial reports related to budgets. account payables, account receiveables, expenses etc.
  • Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. Finance,Business Management, Economics
  • Five 5 years' experience two (2) of which should have been in a senior role
