Hospital Head of Business Development Jobs in Kenya

Our client runs a well-established HOSPITAL with modern facilities and wishes to engage with an experienced, professional, self-motivated individual with polished leadership qualities.

He/she must have adequate experience leading and managing the Business Development teams with proven performance record in healthcare or insurance industry.

This role mainly drives initiatives that impact on business performance & growth through Marketing plans, Customer Relations Management, overseeing the Business Development teams, process excellence, internal & external customer experience, including performance reporting.

Purpose

(Reason for this job): Developing and leading the implementation of the organization’s Marketing Strategy to deliver brand equity, gain market share and build a strong Business development and Customer Experience team.

Strengthen and grow the Brand

Develop performing partner relationships and grow Corporate client base

Deliver a Winning Customer Experience design and lead execution

Job Specification

Education:

The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, MBA/MBSC and experience in Hospital Manageemnt Systems will be added advantage.

Added Advantage:

Must have work experience in healthcare and/or Insurance – leading Business development Teams.

Experience:

At least 7 years’ of relevant experience in Healthcare and/or Insurance Industry as HoD
