Reporting to Sales and Marketing Manager, the ideal candidates will have the overall responsibility of
interpreting information from one individual and convey it to the target audience listener, viewers and
congregants in a consumable language.
Key responsibilitiesDevelop annual work plans, procurement plans and budget as per the strategic plan
Set targets and monitor performance of staff as per the work plans
Conceptualize, script & develop properties to communicate to targeted audience
Develop marketing proposals for marketing department to pitch to potential clients
Assist production in developing station identities & jingles
Develop and edit copy for slogans and taglines in the ministry
Develop and maintain a proper record keeping system for easy retrieval and sustenance of the institutional memory
Minimum Qualifications
A born again Christian who should have the following:
Be creative;
Be capable of fitting into a formal office environment
Excellent prospecting skills with an orientation for results
Ability to work independently, within a team and under pressure
Excellent client and interpersonal skills
Superior communication and presentation skills
Higher National Diploma in Communication, Literature, multimedia, or equivalent
Have at least 3 years of copywriting experience
Additional technical training in Copywriting will be an added advantage
A degree in in Communication, Literature, multi-media will be an added advantage

Reporting to the Programs Controller - TV the ideal candidates will have the overall responsibility of
shooting, editing and producing quality TV content for viewing in line with Hope TV’s strategies
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that’s suitable for broadcasting.
Taking a brief to grasp production teams needs and specifications.
Reviewing shooting script.
Editing daily promos for the station.
Verify footage for archiving.
Review the final product for broadcast in order to determine if corrections are necessary.
Ability to operate latest editing systems, video switching equipment and after effects.
Work closely with producers concerning programs layout or
editing approaches needed to increase dramatic value of productions
Script writing and ability to operate studio cameras is an added advantage.
Minimum Qualifications
A born again Christian who should have the following:
Be creative
Be capable of fitting into a formal office environment
Have experience working with Adobe suite, 3D max, cinema 4D or any on-air graphics software
Be flexible and capable of working with minimum supervision
Proven work experience as a video editor
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
Creative mind and storytelling skills
Diploma holder or degree holder from a recognized institution in film and TV Production, cinematography or related field
Understand the digital TV

9. Hope Media Motion Graphics Designer Jobs in Kenya
Reporting to the Programs Controller – TV. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
Key responsibilities
You may need to manage more than one design brief at a time and typical activities include:
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design and graphics for the station.
Developing graphics and layouts for programs.
Producing station’s logos, and daily promos for both on air and online.
Producing accurate and high-quality work.
Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, commercial/ads production and timescales.
Working with HOPE Media Creative department to maintain the station’s website.
Working with a range of emerging technologies, including Cinema 4D.
Minimum Qualifications
A born again Christian who should have the following:
Diploma or degree holder in visual arts or/and;
3D design, Communication design, Film/television production, illustration, photography, graphic design and fine art
Proven work experience with a TV station
Creative mind and attention to detail when finalizing designs.
Be capable of fitting into a formal office environment
Time management skills and ability to cope with several projects at a time
Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Passion and enthusiasm for design
A flexible approach when working in a team
Ability to use editing software
