Job Description

Organizational Context: Hope Enterprises (HEs) is a non-governmental and not-for-profit organization registered under the Charities and Societies Agency Law. It operates in Oromia, Amhara, SNNP, Gambella, Beninshangul-Gumuz regions and Addis Ababa.

Major Responsibilities

Provide counseling service

Maintain Good Communication with Hope’s partners, children’s parents, school communities and other care givers and stakeholders

Maintain good database of children under the program both in hard copy and soft copy

Lead recruitment of beneficiaries, home visit of children under the program

Assist the branch manager in all works related to childcare program and work closely with the Data Quality Officer of Herrara project in order to get better result

Handle the work of correspondence of children with their respective donors and sponsors

Handle the timely provision of food and clothing.

Job Requirements

Education/Qualifications

Degree in Social work, Psychology, Sociology or Nursing. Knowledge of Oromiffa language is Mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum of two years related experience in a busy working environment

Skills and Competencies: Good Computer skills as well as typing skills in English, Amharic & Oromiffa.
