Job Description

Principle Accountabilities

Holland Dairy PLC is going to collect milk outside their home base Debre Zeit. In the future supply chain of Holland Dairy the Milk Collection Trucks will play an important role.

Collecting Milk from the various collection points and bigger commercial farmers is part of the job. Organizing the logistics and checking the quality of the milk that is carried via the truck and safely drive the milk towards the factory is the main responsibility of the driver.

Reporting Relationship

Reporting to Dairy Supply Chain team

Job Responsibilities

Safely Driving a Iveco Trakker 380 with a load of >20T

Maintain and Clean the Truck according to Company Standards

Load and Unload Milk from the Collection Points into the truck

Checking Quality of the Milk that in loaded on to the truck

In time arriving at the predefined stops and at factory gate

Job Requirements

Driving License type 5 (>20T Truck)

Fluent in English, Amharic/

Have at least 3-5 years’ experience with driving perishable goods for FMCG companies.

Be accurate and experienced with organizing travels on time.

Understanding of Ethiopian Law and have a decent.

Understanding of the operating Framework of Holland Dairy and shareholders.
