Job Description

Develop and implement detailed operational plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with JV objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.

Coordinate with Drilling, Completions, and Production teams to ensure integrated planning.

Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of resources for production activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.

Advanced Degree (Master’s) in an added advantage.

Possess minimum 10 years active experience in Operations Planning within an oil-producing asset.

Possession of relevant professional certification, e.g., PMP is an advantage.

Experience in the Niger Delta / Rivers region is essential

Proven track record of leading and managing complex operational projects with an oil-producing asset

Knowledge of operational planning principles, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.

Experience in working in both onshore and offshore environments.

Strong knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards and best practices.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Willingness to travel to field locations and work in challenging conditions as required.

Understanding of wells operations, production management, logistics, and supply chain

management
