Higher Diploma Scholarships

I originally worked with several NGO as an analyst/office administrator and assisting accounts work.
I lastly completed my Higher Diploma (the degree equivalent)in Nov.2008 and allowed me to complete the one year course with the passed examination result awarded without a certificate as I owed tuition fee for the institute. I would like to get more information on how i can get grants to finish my education.
