Healthcare Products Sales Managers Jobs in Nairobi, Kenya

Our client dealing with healthcare products including ; Medical & Surgical Consumables , Laboratory Supplies, Urology & Respiratory Radiation Supply, Blood Bank, Bandage & Roll, Homecare Products etc is looking for sales manager who should be well established with the market to market and sale it’s their products

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to spur business growth.
  • Create professional development plans for healthcare providers
  • Organizing and presenting in local healthcare professional meetings to promote approved use of our products
  • Identify and implement key marketing activities within the allocated budget
  • Gathering market intelligence on competitor information and proactively responding to avoid loss of business
  • Monitor competitor activities and apply internal change accordingly
  • Lead product launches within the territory
  • Generating prescriptions leading ultimately to the increase in sales
  • Regular classification and reclassification of targets to effectively manage the territory
  • Conducting continuous medical education (CME) meetings to the customers

    Qualifications
  • Degree/ Diploma holder from a recognized institution.
  • Verse knowledge in sales and marketing and specifically for healthcare industry
  • Strong negotiation and customer care skills
  • Minimum of more than 5 years’ experience in middle distributor preferably in Non-pharmaceuticals product
  • Must have knowledge in sales of Medical & Surgical Consumables , Laboratory Supplies, Urology & Respiratory Radiation Supply, Blood Bank, Bandage & Roll , Homecare Products
    Customer liaison and negotiation
  • Needs Assessment/Consultative sales
  • Commercial account management
  • Languages: English and Kiswahili
