Qualification

  • Certificate in Laboratory Technology

    Key Competences required for the post

  • Should have good communication, interpersonal and team building skills.

    Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas

  • Manage and account for allocated resources.

  • Adhere to the Professional Codes of Conduct and Ethics.

  • Prepare laboratory reagents and stains for routine investigations

  • Carry out basic laboratory tests and submit reports to Clinicians

  • Participate in quality assurance for laboratories

  • Service equipment regularly

  • Follow safety measures against hazards

  • Compile and submit periodic reports

  • Requisition necessary supplies for laboratory work and keep record of stock.
