Qualification

  • Certificate in Enrolled Psychiatric Nursing

    Key Competences required for the post

  • Good communication, counseling, team building and interpersonal skills.

    Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

  • Deal with social and psychosocial issues of patients.

  • Counsel patients.

  • Keep patients comfortable and ensure a healthy environment.

  • Maintain personal contact with patients, take note of complaints,provide periodic reports and ensure confidentiality.

  • Collaborate with Medical Social Workers in handling patients.
