Qualification

  • Diploma in Medical Records

  • Diploma in Library & Information Science

  • Diploma in Records & Archives Management

  • Diploma in Records & Information Management

    Key Competences required for the post

  • Keep records and information on patients.

    Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas

  • Keep records and information on patients.

  • Take patients’ files to Clinics/Wards.

  • Keep records and information on patients.

  • Update the bed bureau with records/information.

  • Participate in research activities.

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

  • Manage and account for allocated resources.

  • Compile and submit periodic reports.

  • Retrieve files for authorized Clinicians and Researchers.

  • Promote adherence to the Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics.
