Qualification

  • BSc. Degree in Anaesthesia

  • BSc. in Anaesthesia and Critical Care.

    Key Competences required for the post

  • Good communication, interpersonal and team building skills.

    Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas

  • Participate in clinical work and ensure proper management of patients.

  • Liaise with Ward management in pre- and post-operative patient care.

  • Ensure support supervision in theatres and that standards of anesthesia are maintained in the Hospital

  • Participate in the management of disaster situations and provide resuscitation services

  • Ensure that equipment is functional and well maintained

  • Promote the observance of the professional Code of Conduct and Ethics.

  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
