Job DescriptionMaintain and make available all data collection tools/formats and ensure that all functional units utilize uniform formats for data collection in a consistent manner.
Ensure that timely and complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and other health reports are prepared and submitted to relevant bodies
Verify the accuracy and consistency of the data collected from various departments
Compile the health and other related data on morbidities, mortalities, referrals, etc
Ensure that analyzed key performance indicators and other relevant information is updated and documented
Support and provide trainings to LMGH staff, on the collection and management of health data and information systems.
Safely keep soft and hard copies of records of all health information for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual data
Job Requirements
BSC degree in the field of Health or in Management Information System (MIS), Information Technology (IT) or Statistics.
At least 1 Year Experience.

Those who qualify the minimum qualification can apply for the posts in person within Ten days, during office hours 8:00 am- 5:00 pm ( Monday – Friday ) and Saturdays until noon at Personnel office of the Hospital ( 4th Floor)
