Key Responsibilities: Conducts Qualitative and quantitative analysis of all manufactured syrups.
Identifies anomalies in syrup making process and implements corrective actions.
Prepares batch as per the production plan and ensures the syrup flavor is available as per the production plan.
Initiates corrective action in case of online quality defect in the product.
Operates premix and ensures proper start-up and end off machine.
Performs ingredient weighing during the batch preparation, Calibrates the weighing balance and all instruments in syrup room and record data appropriately
Do the sensory of treated water before starting batch preparation.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science Chemistry from a reputable institution.
At least 2/3yrs hands on in the food industry, Beverage manufacture is a distinct advantage.
Familiar with carbonated soft drinks and a juice manufacture technology.
Basic knowledge of analysis on sugar simple syrup and final products.
Food safety and Hygiene handling techniques.
Experience in Mixing Syrup Room is an added advantage.
