Hariss International Limited Qc-microbiology Lab Jobs in Uganda

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out sampling, accurately prepare samples and conduct routine microbiological analyses on raw materials, semi-finished products daily as scheduled in collaboration with senior lab analyst.

• Assist Senior lab analysts to investigate off-spec products.

• Maintain and manage clean and well-arranged work environment.by following all OHS/EMS policies.

• Assist senior lab analysts and personnel with trouble shooting, advanced maintenance and calibration on analytical instrumentation.

• Assist lab analysts to prepare laboratory requests for consumables such as reagents and
present requests for replacement of supplies if required.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology.

• A minimum of 1years experience in a similar role in a busy environment.

• At least 2-3years hands on in the food industry, Beverage manufacture is a distinct
advantage.

• Training in food safety and hygiene handling techniques.
