Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise managers and employees on HR related inquires or requests.
Assist in performance management processes and staff attendance tracking.

Understand the payroll processes like PAYE, NSSF, withholding Tax and any other deductions that may arise.
Maintain compliance for human resource and different line managers
Prepare and submit reports on general HR activities.
Complete termination paperwork and conduct an exit interview for staff.
Maintain an updated employee HR database.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Provide counselling and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
perform any other duties as per management request.
Minimum Requirement
A Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Human Resource or Business Administration from a reputable University.
He/She must be able to work in a fast pace environment
A Minimum of 4 years HR experience in a similar role in a busy environment
Knowledge in SAP or any ERP System is a must for this role.
