Corporate Senior Associates Job Qualifications

Possess both the experience and confidence to work on a range of high profile and complex transactions for a diverse client base in our corporate and commercial department.

Candidates should possess a strong academic pedigree and intellect and have trained/ practiced to date.

The successful candidate should have at least 4 years post qualification corporate or commercial law experience.

Any experience in corporate finance, debt or equity capital markets or private equity will be an advantage.
