  • This position is responsible for managing the Training & Development function of all properties and the objectives and activities outlined therein.

    Job Requirements

    Educational Background

  • BA Degree in Human Resource Management , Hotel Management or related field

    Work Experience

  • minimum 4 years Hotel Training experience

    Additional skill & Attribute

  • Strong managerial experience and qualities

  • Strong coaching/mentoring/training skill

  • Excellent Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Strong public relation skills

  • Fluent speaking and writing skill of foreign language (minimum fluent in English language

  • Problem solving skills

  • Pleasing personality and positive attitude, and passion to solve problems.

  • Willing to constantly travel to properties
