Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure that all arrival guests with flight details are paged and assisted with luggage and transportation.

Receive and coordinate welcoming of VIP, loyal, and group guests at the airport on behalf of the hotel and provide the required assistance and inform to Front Office Manager.

Check room availability, and negotiate for booking for arrival of a guest without reservation.

Handling guest arrival with pick up request, and arrange the transportation.

Give all the Resort facilities information to the guest and offer your assistance in any of their request.

Job Requirements

Educational Background

BA Degree in Marketing / Management / Hotel & Tourism Management or similar fields

Work Experience

1 year and above /Hospitality Industry experience is mandatory/

Additional skill & Attribute

Leading Ability

Fluent speaking and writing skill of foreign language (minimum English language)

Able to work as a team and on Flexible schedule

Pro-activeness and analytical ability

Detail Oriented

Excellent customer service skill
