Main Purpose of the Job

  • HC & General Service Supervisor’s main responsibility is the provision of reliable HR data, information, systems, and operational support so as to facilitate the achievement of “best practice” HC management.

  • In addition, he/she is in charge of a proper follow-up and administration of general services.

    Key Responsibilities

  • maintain all necessary records of employees, handling leaves, Attendance, Capital Assets, and follow up on the implementation of various company protocols in the scope of the department

  • Assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of “best practice” HC management systems and processes.

  • Making HR, office fixed asset, and Vehicles data available and accessible and in a format that can benefit the real-time management of Hadero’s business.

  • On a daily bases supervise and follow all vehicles schedules to make sure their appropriate utilization and maintenance need

  • Undertake quarterly fixed asset count, report on discrepancies and facilitate the replacement and/or maintenance of those damaged/lost/outdated assets

  • Prepare purchase requisition of fixed materials and services

  • Make sure that all fixed assets of Hadero have proper records and assign a responsible person for particular assets

  • Manage and prepare internal transfer paper for all fixed assets

  • Put his/her Signature on employees clearance for an appropriate return of equipment and materials kept on the terminated employees’

  • Ensure that all employees get adequate office equipment, furniture telephone lines, and other necessary services and materials and keep their records

  • Assist in asset acquisition and disposal management

  • Responsible for administrative functions
    and the correct and timely preparation of all reports, including, but not limited to Quarterly Management Reports, and Monthly fixed asset Move-in and Move-out Reports.

  • Checks and follow all vehicles for timely maintenance and safe and efficient transportation service

  • Supervise and coordinate all service attendants, public attendants, and security officers

  • Assign vehicles for specific tasks based on company priorities

  • Ensures that all company vehicles are utilized appropriately and always check and file daily trip sheet

  • Checks the availability of fuel coupons and distribute them to vehicles and generator consumption

  • Follow all insurance cases and claims of vehicles

  • Manage and liaise with insurance companies as well as relevant medical institutions with regard to insurance and medical issues of employees

  • Follow and make timely bill settlements of internet, electricity, telephone, water, and other general services

  • Follow and check all payments with regard to vehicles maintenance and insurances

  • Receive and record all employment applications checking against the original documents

  • Performs other job-related duties as required

    Qualifications/Skills

    Education Qualification and Experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • BA Degree in Management or relevant disciplines

  • 2 years’ experience in the Manufacturing sector

  • Good Computer skill

  • Multi-tasking, organized, and analytical.

  • Strong Team player

  • Good written and verbal communication skill
