A 5* Hotel Group seeks a Group Payroll Administrator
Ideally the candidate must have HR/ IR experience as well as payroll as the person will work within the HR team.
A payroll of 750 staff through VIP premier.
Below is a list of other functions you would need to be proficient in:
EE Reporting
Tax Year end
Sars and payroll declarations to the Department of labour
Work man’s compensation submissions – sub-contractor is used
Experience with Trac-Tec staff shift management system advantageous
Advances Ms Excel skills
Assisting the HR manager with Industrial relations - code of conduct tracking and disciplinary enquiry representation.
Salary is highly negotiable + (benefits 50% medical and 50% provident fund, lunch on shift, uniform laundered on site)
This is a demanding position that will be best suited to a candidate who has a solid support network.
