  • A 5* Hotel Group seeks a Group Payroll Administrator

  • Ideally the candidate must have HR/ IR experience as well as payroll as the person will work within the HR team.

  • A payroll of 750 staff through VIP premier.

    Below is a list of other functions you would need to be proficient in:

  • EE Reporting

  • Tax Year end

  • Sars and payroll declarations to the Department of labour

  • Work man’s compensation submissions – sub-contractor is used

  • Experience with Trac-Tec staff shift management system advantageous

  • Advances Ms Excel skills

  • Assisting the HR manager with Industrial relations - code of conduct tracking and disciplinary enquiry representation.

  • Salary is highly negotiable + (benefits 50% medical and 50% provident fund, lunch on shift, uniform laundered on site)

  • This is a demanding position that will be best suited to a candidate who has a solid support network.
