Group Accountants Jobs in Kenya

We are seeking to add accountants to our accounting and financial services team to assist with expanding business.

The main services provided include:

Daily bank statements booking and cash reconciliation

Preparation of payment orders and cash reports

Financial analysis: Monthly checking of Gross profit, overheads, etc.

Raising sales invoices, on monthly basis or per request

Accounts payable and Accounts receivable reconciliations

Advisory financial services

Accounting KPI reporting & monitoring

The role will involve:

Creation of invoices and allocation of payments received.

Processing bill payments.

Verify payments and deposits made through the company accounts.

Weekly & monthly reconciliation of the company accounts.

Managing day-to-day transactions.

Posting daily receipts.

Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts.

Perform any ad-hoc finance-related duties as may be required.

Preparation and submission of accounts.

Basic requirements for the role:

0-2 years of work experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance/ CPA equivalent qualification.

Proficiency in Microsoft excel.

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Things that will make you stand out:

Experience in the air cargo or logistics industry

Can-do attitude.

Experience using Dynamics and Office 365 will be an added advantage.
