Job Description
Plan, direct, and be responsible for all warehouse operations including receiving, deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
Ensure that budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses are achieved.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with legal policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse by analyzing reports.
Implement and monitor Human Resource compliance, asset protection, safety controls, oversee the safety of employees and products, operational and quality assurance reviews.
Train the site leadership in controlling expenses and labor to ensure expenses adhere to the budget.
Be responsible for efficient use of warehouse space.
Manages day-to-day warehouse operations and activities
Follow standard practices and procedure in problem solving and decision making
Ensuring all documents is filed correctly and on time.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree on warehouse management or logistics or supply chain management
Experience in telecommunication industry, preferable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong skills with team development and engagement.
Proven track record of improving processes and efficiencies
Have good skills in windows and Excel, PowerPoint, word.
Be able to work under high pressure and work over time
Have more than 5 years working experience in warehouse management etc logistics field.
Very good communication skill, Oral and written English is must.
