A Logistics Marketing officer works to manage and oversee Documents of import and export goods into and out of a country through land and sea. tracking of transport documentations within the office, goods across the globe in which the company is in charge of clearing and forwarding the goods, meeting deadlines for goods clearing and delivery, relentless and prompt reporting of goods and documentation status, maintaining customer satisfaction through need based caring and reporting, planning and execution of each project or operation the officer is assigned or undertaken.
Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face customer visits, develop customer base, and get more RFQ opportunities.
Formulate solutions and quote customers for RFQs and inquires, understand and apply pricing policies and procedures.
Work closely with Customer Service, Procurement and Marketing teams, to resolve customer complaints
or disputes.
Maintain complete and accurate records of customer information and sales activity.
Account receivable management, ensure timely and accurate fund recovery.
Collect and report customer feedback, assist in optimizing vendor resources.
Other duties as required by supervisor.
Ensure client's payment executed in time.
Provide customer service for the best result.
Job Requirements
Requirements
B.A. Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other related field
Minimum of 2 years’ and above of work experience in freight forwarding company
Experience in Industry parks and project customers
Excellent communication and customer relation skills, sense of urgency with problem solving skills.
Self-disciplined and self-motivated to produce outstanding results.
Willing to travel 30%, home and oversea.
