The EasyBuy Training Manager will work closely with the Sales team to ensure field staff has acquired the knowledge on processes and tools required for a proper execution of their work, through training, reminders and materials.

Essential responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering training to Energy Officers and Field staff to ensure proper understanding of tools and processes
  • Sharing information on issues encountered in the field while using the tools
  • Organising customer experience audit
  • Supporting with ad-hoc projects related to field activities of EOs or field staff when required
  • Ensuring digital content deployment uptake and development
  • Monitoring and enforcing usage of training tracking app, setting targets for the field trainers and increase trainers performance and content quality based on automated feedback
  • Keeping up to date content material with weekly reviews
  • Mentoring and assisting field trainers on ways to improve communication and transferring knowledge

    Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Diploma/Certificate in Sales and Marketing;
  • Customer Service Management
  • 4-years relevant work experience in a similar role is a requirement

  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Clear and straight to the point communication skill with fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili
  • Clear thinking/problem solving ability
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Excellent issue-tracking and resolution skill
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time without errors and mistakes.
