Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the academy's philosophy and curriculum

Oversee recruitment and scouting of young players for the academy

Manage the academy staff

Develop players and provide
opportunities for them to progress to the first team

Ensure that the academy has appropriate facilities and equipment to support player development

Work closely with the first-team coaching staff to align academy's philosophy with that of the first team

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role at a professional football club.

Excellent knowledge of football, including tactics, player development, and recruitment Strong leadership and communication skills
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets

Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making
Use of Video analysis an added advantage
