Grants for the Fortunate!

I write to know wether it is possible for one who is fortunate to get a grant and study from Africa. This is to stay at his or her mother land. Do we have such priviledges and if they are how do i get to it.

Generally most scholarships are offered to the unfortunate who have no means of financial support though in rare cases those in situations such as yours are considered. The chances are slim hence high competition and you have to be dedicated for the search.
