I have been accepted to the University of Manitoba in Canada but I do not have a scholarship. How do I apply in my case?

There are various organizations/institutions that fund and each is different from the other. You might be lucky to get one that will directly fund you in your current institution. However, some only accept to fund you in their institutions.
