Grant to Study Operations Management

I am a 38 year old widow. I am unemployed and currently work from home. My income potential is very small, but it helps to put basic food on the table.

I would like to further my education in order to become employable that I may provide for my two children's' education. How can I apply for a grant to study Operations Management?
