Greetings from Ethiopia! I appreciate the effort you are putting to help many Africans who have little or no access to scholarship and grant opportunities. Thanks!

I am currently a PhD student in Organizational Leadership in the US. The program is an online program that calls for travels to the US to attend in-class sessions called residency classes.

I am now a third-year student and will complete all my doctoral course work in the coming summer. I also passed the comprehensive exam that qualifies me, in addition to other requirements, to be a PhD candidate.

In my dissertation, I am interested to engage in issues related to leadership development. Finances permitting, I will focus on Ethiopia and one other East African country so that it may have a broader application.

I am sending this e-mail to specifically ask you for the names and/or websites of organizations and/or countries that specifically grant finances for the dissertation process. I will start developing my dissertation proposal as of May 2012. It would take 18-24 months to complete the dissertation.
