Grant for Msc Project Management Degree On-line

I need your help because I intend to pursue a degree of Msc. Project Management on-line but I am not capable financially. Please advise how I can get a grant of USD 15,000 for tuition fee, return ticket and other expenses when attending a one week residential course in Zurich Switzerland.
