Grant for Masters Program

It's awesome that you have a platform of this kind. My inquest is twofold;

1. I have had applied for a scholarship at a university in the Netherlands but was not taken up for the program. However, I was offered a place at the same university and the cost is $19,000 (using the current exchange rate)

2. Given that most scholarships for this year in the Netherlands (according to http://www.studyinholland.nl/scholarships/grantfinder)are not taking any new applications for the 2014/15 year, is there any other option that you can recommend that I apply to as this program is one that I really desire to undertake.
