Job Description

Head of Sales and Marketing

The key responsibilities will include:

Develop and build an industry-leading Sales Team in order to support Business goals

Engage and lead the sales business through the implementation of and management against key metrics and deliverables.

Set specific, challenging and measurable KPIs

To promote and market the company and its services through rapid response to inquiries from clients and/or brokers whenever need arises.

Implement performance improvement plans where additional support is needed.

Continually strive to improve the customer experience through improved processes, people development and technology

Experience in a leadership role with a strong track record in Insurance will be crucial for the success of this position.

Customer Care Officer

The key responsibilities will include:

To handle the task of Customer Care and Satisfaction with the view of ensuring the retention of all clients and expanding customer base.

Collect feedback from clients and ensure service delivery standards are maintained.

Strong communication skills and customer service handling history are essential in this role.

Business Development Executive

The key responsibilities will include:

Solicit clients and market company's products.

To ensure that production targets are met at all times.

To promote and market the company and its services to ensure a steady growth of the company, expanding the product range and maintaining good relations with both Brokers/Agents and clients alike.

To handle the task of Customer Care and Satisfaction with the view of ensuring the retention of all clients and expanding customer base.

Assistant Claims Manager

The key responsibilities will include:

Assist the Claims Manager in loss verification and preliminary loss inspection to ensure claims reported to the company are registered and processed in accordance with our service delivery standards outlined in the Procedure Manual.

Assist in pursuing third party recoveries where

Agency Manager

The key responsibilities will include:

Recruit, Train and build a team of performing agents and management of the team.

Assist in preparation of quotations and proposals, together with soliciting clients to market the company's products.

Assist in handling of

claims and management of large client portfolios.

Experience in a similar role with strong insurance knowledge will be beneficial.

Agents — General Insurance

The key responsibilities will include:

Solicit clients and market company's products.

To promote and market the company and its services to ensure a steady growth of the company.
