Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the proper handling of properties,
  • Administering contracts,
  • Preparing plan and Following up budget use,
  • Disposing properties in economical and environmentally friendly manner,
  • Researching out and Presenting recommendations on property administration related activities,
  • Preparing an auction/bid documents,
  • Working collaborate with the finance directorate on the payments of suppliers and other financial issues,
  • Providing training for newly hired employees of our directorate,
  • Preparing periodic report,
  • Receiving, storing and distributing purchased properties,
  • Administering contracts,
  • Inspection of purchased materials with respect to specs,
  • Collecting purchase needs, planning, choosing mode of purchase and doing Purchase of materials,
  • Preparing periodic report,
  • Keeping up to date data both on soft and hard copy,
  • Control the distribution & inventory of materials in the office,
  • Working collaboratively with the finance directorate on the payments of suppliers.

    Job Requirements

    Education and Experience:

  • Above 5 years of experience for BA Degree
    Language skills:

  • Written and spoken English a must, Amharic and local dialects a plus
