About the role
We are looking for experienced individuals looking to join a solid Agile Squad based in Century City. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of internal, and client-facing projects within Global Kinetic.
Requirements
At least 5 years of Agile Project Management, preferably in a Financial Services environment
2 - 5yrs experience with solid understanding of business requirements lifecycle
2 - 5yrs practical experience in applying multiple project management methodologies
2 - 5yrs experience Exposure to a process driven environment
2 - 5yrs experience Software Development Lifecycle
2 - 5yrs experience Knowledge of traditional and Agile Project Management
2 - 5yrs experience with a proven track record of successful implementation of software web/mobile projects
Work in a servant leader capacity within a cross-functional team
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Day to Day management of delivery team
Working closely with the product manager to ensure we have a prioritized set of features and stories
Has a no-compromise attitude to quality
Exceptional time management skills to facilitate all aspects of the team's planning and prioritization process
Curious and interested in continuous learning, with a desire to grow their own skills and that of their teams, and adapt new tools and processes
Ability to work in a very pressurized environment and deliver
on very tight deadlines
Be willing to conduct knowledge sharing sessions with fellow team members
Proven experience of working in short release cycles, agile testing and risk-based testing approach
Ability to display and convey thought leadership within your area of expertise
Combination of Business & Technical background advantageous
Successful delivery of Test automation projects
Solid comprehension of Agile principles
A good problem solving\trouble shooting mindset
Entrepreneurial spirit & can-do attitude
High attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional
PMI Agile Project Manager/ Agile Certified Project Manager
Lean 6 Sigma - Greenbelt
Degree/Diploma
Key Responsibilities
Functional & Team:
Facilitate & lead SCRUM ceremonies
Manage multiple concurrent projects
Budget forecasting and monthly invoicing, including team allocations
Client and account management
Manage product road map, Release Management and project reporting
Lead continuous improvement initiatives with project teams and the PDO
Actively participate in agile meetings with other project managers and the development teams
Champions GK core values and culture
Provide mentoring and thought leadership to delivery teams on Agile and related methodologies
Act as a communications lead between different stakeholder groups
Day to day management of the delivery team
Technical:
Expert user of MS office suite
SDLC tools such as TFS\Jira\Confluence
Test Automation Tools Appium\IntelliJ IDEA
Mobile Development (iOS\Android)
DevOps Tools (Jenkins\Gerrit)
