Output/Reporting Requirements/Deliverables:

The Cleaner Production and Climate Innovation stakeholders’ engagement Individual consultant, in collaboration with project team and CPCIC, will be responsible for the following assignments:

Development and delivery of the CPCIC’s stakeholders’ engagement strategy in line with the center’s five years strategic plan

Development of new stakeholder’s engagement and awareness creation products and channels

Develop and deliver a nation awareness creation campaign

Qualifications/Experience/Expertise

• At least a master’s Degrees in relevant field such as Journalism, Public Relations, mass communication, or related areas

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;

• Demonstrated technical knowledge of stakeholders’ engagement and efficient management of social media accounts and website;

• Demonstrated capacity to supervise the production of the audio-visual content for websites and online social media;

• Demonstrated technical knowledge of green growth, cleaner production, and resource efficiency

• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships with government and private sector counterparts;

• Previous experience in public relations, communications and knowledge management;

• Fluent in English and knowledge of French is beneficial;

• Experience in Rwanda is an added advantage

Additional information

Contract value: up to USD 45,700 (dependent on candidate’s credentials)

Contract duration: 10 months
