GIS and Environmental Science

I am from Ethiopia and a graduate of Forestry at BSc level. I am seeking for granting agents for my study abroad (Netherlands) to accomplish my MSc. I do have the acceptance from the University and the study costs me about Euro 26000. Most of the funding agents are asking for a support letter from the Government. But I was working for Non-Governmental Organizations which is in this case needs lengthy and sometimes impossible to get support letter from Governmental Organisations. Therefore, could you inform me potential funding organization that do not need Support letter from Government for which I can apply for the academic year 2008/09?
