Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of emergency management protocols and procedures.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions under pressure.

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards pertaining to emergency response.

First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications are required; additional certifications (e.g., Emergency Medical Technician) are a plus.

Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
